OVERDRAFT CONTROL PROVIDES A CALL CENTER FOR YOUR INSTITUTION WITH A DAILY FOLLOW-UP PLAN FOR ACCOUNTS THAT ARE OVERDRAWN MORE THAN 30-60 DAYS. FOR 30-45-60 DAYS WE'LL PROVIDE A SERIES OF CONTACTS THAT BRING THE ACCOUNT CURRENT. THE END RESULT WILL HELP YOU KEEP MORE BANKING CUSTOMERS.
We provide Overdraft Account follow-up. Customers are contacted and educated about the benefits of your bank and their risk of account closure. Up to 75% of accounts will be resolved using Overdraft Control and the remaining customers will be forwarded to Overdraft Collection where our focus will be to collect outstanding balances.
